§ 2-29-61. Service charges levied; mediation-arbitration account funds established.

(a)

There is hereby levied, in addition to other service charges levied by law, a service charge of five dollars ($5.00) on any circuit civil court proceeding which shall be deposited in the court's mediation-arbitration account fund to fund mediation-arbitration services in Manatee County under the supervision of the chief judge of the circuit court.

(b)

There is hereby levied, in addition to other service charges levied by law, a service charge of five dollars ($5.00) on any county civil court proceedings, which shall be deposited in the county's mediation-arbitration account fund to be used to fund county civil mediation services in Manatee County under the supervision of the chief judge of the circuit court.

(c)

There is hereby levied, in addition to other service charges levied by law, a service charge of forty-five dollars ($45.00) on any petition for a modification of a final judgment of dissolution, which shall be deposited in the court's family mediation account fund to be used to fund family mediation services in Manatee County under the supervision of the chief judge of the circuit court.
