§ 2-29-63. Revenues to the office of the state court administrator.

The clerk of the circuit court shall forward one dollar ($1.00) of each charge to the office of the state court administrator. That office shall deposit the funds in a state mediation and arbitration trust fund in accordance with Section 44.108(4), Florida Statutes.
