§ 2-29-81. Title, authority and applicability.

(a)

This division shall be known and may be cited as the "Manatee County School Impact Fee Ordinance".

(b)

The Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County has the authority to adopt this division pursuant to Article VIII, Section 1(f), Florida Constitution (1968 revision); Chapters 125, 163, and 235 (Florida Statutes 2001).

(c)

This division shall apply uniformly throughout Manatee County, in the unincorporated areas and in all incorporated areas thereof.
