§ 2-29-127. Limitation on the amount of grant.

The maximum amount of the grant per applicant for any ad valorem tax year covered hereunder shall not exceed the lesser of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) or the contribution to the county's services and growth, as defined under "ad valorem tax paid" (section 2-29-124(2)) herein. Such grants are also subject to funds appropriated.
