§ 2-29-135. Providing for interpretation and severability.

It is the intent of the board of county commissioners of Manatee County that this article be interpreted broadly to effectuate the purpose provided herein and if any part is deemed inconsistent with the provisions of F.S. § 342.07, and F.S. §§ 197.303—197.3045, such provision shall be deemed severable and this article interpreted in accordance with the above-referenced statutes and the remaining provisions of this article.
