§ 2-29-301. Definitions.

(a)

Board or board of county commissioners shall mean the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County.

(b)

County shall mean Manatee County, Florida.

(c)

Department shall mean the State of Florida Department of State.

(d)

Historic preservation board shall mean the Manatee County Historic Preservation Board.
