§ 2-2-46. Trust funds.

All moneys received pursuant to the authority of this article whether bond proceeds, non-ad valorem revenues or any other moneys received by the county from the project shall be deemed to be trust funds to be held and applied as provided in the proceedings authorizing the issuance of the bonds.
