§ 2-2-55. Contracts for improvements; disposition of surplus funds.

No contract shall be entered into for any special improvements made under this article, nor shall the county undertake to commence such special improvements, until the date upon which the board of county commissioners adopts the resolution authorizing improvements and special assessments as required by section 2-2-52 of this Code.
