§ 2-2-61. Purpose.

It is the intent hereof to authorize and empower the board of county commissioners, upon a determination that parcels of real property located within the unincorporated portions of the county will be especially benefited by the construction or other improvement of certain projects, to cause said construction or other improvements to be completed and to impose special improvement assessments as liens against the benefited real property in connection with projects as hereinafter defined which are hereby determined and declared to be proper public and county purposes.
