§ 2-2-66. Project approval.

  • Subsequent to the first public hearing on the project, the board may adopt a resolution approving the project, determining the extent of participation, directing commencement of the project and approving the preliminary special improvement assessment roll as prepared or as appropriately amended and attached to and made a part of the resolution. The original resolution with the preliminary special improvement assessment roll attached thereto as adopted by the board shall be recorded in the official records books of the county not later than fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
