§ 2-2-238. Limitations.

The board of county commissioners, in its sole discretion, shall on an annual basis determine and designate the funds available to fulfill the purpose of this article. The provision of assistance in any one year shall in no way establish a right or entitlement to such assistance in any subsequent year and the provision of funds in any year may be limited to the extent funds are available and appropriated by the board of county commissioners.
