The sheriff, duly appointed deputies, and other law enforcement officials of the county
shall, unless other provisions are made, in connection with all other duties imposed
by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this division. In addition, the county
administrator may, with the approval of the board and coordination with the sheriff,
delegate enforcement responsibility for this division to agencies and departments
of the county.
