§ 2-31-123. Creation of municipal service taxing or benefit units or special districts.

In order to provide for the efficient operation and maintenance of the system and a fair and equitable basis for collecting the fees, rentals or other charges for the services and facilities of the system and the imposition and collection of special assessments, if any, the county is hereby authorized to create one or more municipal service taxing or benefit units or special districts in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
