§ 2-31-258. Connection fees.

(a)

The board may adopt, by resolution, connection fees for potable water, reclaimed water, and wastewater connections. The connection fees are minimum fees. If actual costs are higher, the connection fee will be the actual cost and not the minimum.

(b)

The connection fee must be paid prior to connection to county wastewater service. Any units or vacant lots which do not have a certificate of occupancy shall pay all applicable fees at the time of connection.
