§ 2-31-263. Miscellaneous fees and charges.

(a)

The board may adopt, by resolution, miscellaneous fees and charges, including but not limited to, service charges for delinquent accounts, non-delinquent accounts, and all accounts, and other fees and charges.

(b)

One field trip is included in connection fees for new service. The fees and charges for field trips shall apply after the first field trip for new service.
