§ 2-31-172. Minimization of land use conflicts.

(a)

Haulers shall familiarize themselves with landspreading site area school bus routes and boarding/unboarding times and avoid conflicts with these activities.

(b)

The spraying of liquid wastewater residuals, domestic septage, food establishment sludge, or citrus processing wastewater residuals shall be conducted in such a manner that the formation of aerosols is minimized. Any aerosols formed shall not be permitted to cross the property lines of the landspreading site.
