§ 2-31-180. An order for cessation of operations.

The director may issue an order suspending a permit on a landspreading site for any violation of this article due to fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of conditions imposed pursuant to the permit or other good cause, or for any site where work has commenced and a permit has not been obtained but is required by applicable agency(ies). Any person receiving such an order for cessation of operations shall immediately comply with the requirements thereof. It shall be a violation of this article for any person to fail or refuse to comply with an order issued and served under the provisions of this section.
