§ 2-31-181. Review of decisions of the director.

A decision of the director made regarding the issuance of a landspreading permit or an order for cessation of operations may be appealed by any aggrieved person to the circuit court. An appeal shall be filed within thirty (30) days of the rendition of the order of the director to be appealed in accordance with Rules of Appellate Procedure, 9.110.
