Failure to comply with the requirements of this article or any permit or approval
granted or authorized hereunder shall constitute a violation of this article. Violation
of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction of the violator, be punished
by a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per day or by imprisonment
in the county jail not to exceed sixty (60) days, or by both fine and imprisonment
pursuant to the provisions of Section 125.69, Florida Statutes. If a violation is
continued, each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
