§ 2-31-200. Severability.

If any provision of this article or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intent of the board that the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of the article that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this article are declared severable.
