§ 2-31-333. Services rendered to the county.

Charges shall be made for any facilities or services rendered by such utility system to the county, or any other political subdivision or public body or agency, or to any department or works thereof, at the rate or rates applicable to other customers or users taking facilities or services under similar conditions. Revenues derived from such facilities or services furnished the county shall be treated as all other revenues.
