§ 2-32-4. Reckless or careless operation of vessel; wake damage.

  • Any person who recklessly or carelessly operates a vessel (within the meaning of Florida Statutes Section 327.33, as amended, or its successor provision) upon county waters shall be guilty of a violation of this article. Any person who, in the course of negligently operating a vessel upon county waters, creates a wake that causes damage (within the meaning of Florida Statutes Section 327.33(2)) to shoreline property shall be guilty of an additional violation of this article.
