Pursuant to this article, the county establishes the watercourse maps in order to
delineate the historical recreation areas, regulated channels, regulated corridors,
special regulated water sports areas, slow speed zones, idle speed zones, exclusion
areas and other areas of regulated water activity established pursuant to this chapter.
