§ 2-32-19. Signage and markings.

  • In accordance with the requirements of applicable law, the county administrator shall coordinate marking of areas of regulated water activities and all other restrictions established or imposed pursuant to this chapter. In the interests of safety, new permanent markers and signage shall be placed on existing pilings, bridges and waterfront structures, whenever possible. The installation of new pilings in channels and waterways shall be limited to the minimum number necessary to achieve the purposes of this article in accordance with applicable law. Tethered buoys shall be placed where appropriate.
