§ 2-4-26. Additional administrative fees.

(a)

The maximum surcharge allowed by law for each civil penalty imposed for any violation of this ordinance may be imposed in addition to another authorized fine.

(b)

The proceeds of the surcharge established pursuant to Section 828.27(4)(b), Florida Statutes (2005), shall be used to pay the cost of training for the animal services officers.
