§ 2-5-21. Creation; members.

There is hereby created the Manatee County Airport Authority consisting of five (5) members to be appointed by the board of county commissioners of said county in a manner hereinafter described to serve for a term of office as hereinafter set forth, for the purpose and with the powers and responsibilities as hereinafter established.
