§ 2-8-21. Lakewoood Ranch Community Development District 1.

(a)

Creation. There is hereby created the Lakewood Ranch Community Development District 1 which shall operate in accordance with the Charter attached as Exhibit "A" to Ord. No. 94-07.

(b)

Boundaries. The boundaries of the Lakewood Ranch Community Development District 1 are those described and attached as Exhibit "B" to Ord. No. 00-28.

(c)

Initial board. The following five (5) persons are designated as the initial members of the board of supervisors: Rex Jensen, C. John Clarke, Mary Fran Carroll, Robin Uihlein, and Anthony Chiofalo.

(d)

County rights of termination, contraction, expansion and limitation. All rights of Manatee County to terminate, contract, expand, or otherwise limit or affect the district as set forth in Section 190.046, Florida Statutes, are hereby specifically preserved.
