There is hereby created the University Park Recreation District ("UPRD"), the boundaries
of which are more particularly set forth in Exhibit A, attached to Ordinance No. 18-029,
as a recreational district pursuant to Section 418.20, Florida Statutes, and as an
independent special district within the meaning of Chapter 189, Florida Statutes.
This article, as it may be amended from time to time, shall constitute the charter
for the UPRD as authorized in Chapter 418, Part II, Florida Statutes.
