§ 2-9.5-10. Manual of policies and rental pricing schedule adopted.

(a)

The Manual of Policies and Rental and Pricing Schedule, attached to Resolution No. R-00-86 as Exhibits A—E, is hereby adopted.

(b)

The policies and rental and pricing schedule provided in Exhibits A—E shall apply to all facility use agreements entered into after the date of adoption of Resolution No. R-00-86, except that contracts which are currently being negotiated based upon prices quoted from the previously adopted policies and prices shall apply to contracts that have been previously signed or that are executed and returned to the Manatee County Convention and Civic Center along with all required deposits prior to December 1, 2000.

(c)

Exceptions to the policies provided herein may only be approved by the authority.
