§ 2-9.5-11. Sunset of Civic Center Authority.

The authority created pursuant to this article shall automatically sunset and be abolished effective as of September 30, 2014 (the "sunset date"). On or before the sunset date the facilities owned and operated by the authority shall be conveyed to the county. Effective as of the sunset date, such facilities shall from such day forward be operated as county facilities pursuant to article IV of this chapter. All debts, obligations or other contractual commitments of the authority effective and outstanding as of the sunset date shall be assumed by the county in accordance with section 2-9.5-18.
