§ 2-9-32. Purpose and intent.

The purpose and intent of this article is to establish procedures and requirements for the identification, registration and maintenance of real property located within the unincorporated area of the county that is subject to foreclosure proceedings to protect neighborhoods from becoming blighted through the lack of adequate maintenance and security of properties that either are vacant or may become vacant.
