§ 2-9-34. Applicability.

(a)

This article shall apply within the unincorporated area of Manatee County.

(b)

The requirements of this article shall not apply to individual residential units in condominium ownership in accordance with Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, or other individual residential units in common-interest communities where all exterior elements and common areas are jointly owned and maintained by a community association.
