§ 2-9-38. Regulatory fees.

The board, by resolution, may impose regulatory fees for the registration of real property in foreclosure as provided in this article. Any regulatory fees shall not exceed the cost of the regulatory activity required for the registration of such property and shall be used and expended solely for the regulatory purpose of such registration activity as provided in this chapter.
