§ 1-19-25. Clearing by county.

Upon the failure of any such owner or agent to comply with the notification provided for in section 4 [section 1-19-24] within fifteen (15) days from the date thereof, said department is hereby authorized and empowered to clear said land or to have said land cleared by private contract.
