§ 1-32-16. Severability.

  • In the event that any provision of this chapter is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, unconstitutional, or unenforceable, all remaining provisions and portions of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect. All of the provisions of this chapter are severable and the legality and enforceability of any one or more of them is not contingent or dependent upon the validity of any other provision.
