Maintain adopted Level of Service Standards by ensuring that the impacts of previously issued development orders can be accommodated.

Policy 10.1.8.1. Implement Policies 2.4.1.1 and 2.4.1.2, and implement the Capital Projects List (Table 10-1) so as to ensure that the public facility impacts associated with development conducted pursuant to previously issued development orders do not cause violation of adopted Level of Service Standards.
