Provide coordination mechanisms that are effective in achieving Comprehensive Plan policy compliance.

Policy 11.1.9.1. Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of implementation mechanisms described in this Comprehensive Plan; at a minimum this will coincide with the state required Evaluation and Appraisal Report. These mechanisms may be altered or deleted without requiring a plan amendment.

Policy. 11.1.9.2. Adopt or amend interlocal agreements as needed, to ensure compliance or better implementation of this Comprehensive Plan and better coordination with other jurisdictions and plans, as needed.
