Former § 109 pertained to medical marijuana—temporary moratorium. The temporary moratorium was enacted by Ord. No. 16-49 , §§ 3—5, adopted Dec. 13, 2016, and later extended by Ord. No. 17-31 , §§ 3—5, adopted June 6, 2017, for a period of ninety days measured from June 18, 2017 and expired on Sept. 16, 2017.
