§ 601. Applicability of Other Code or Regulatory Requirements.

A.

Signs requiring the issuance of building permits or other advertising structures shall be permitted, constructed, and maintained in strict conformity with the Florida Building Code, Florida Statutes, and all other applicable regulations.

B.

Signs requiring the issuance of a sign permit or other advertising structures shall be permitted, constructed and maintained in strict conformity with the Land Development Code and all other applicable regulations (including, but not limited to, maximum size, number of signs, minimum setbacks, maximum height, minimum ground clearance and minimum separation requirements).

C.

No sign shall be permitted as a main or accessory use except in accordance with the provisions of this Code.

D.

In the event that any of the provisions of this Section are in conflict with other sections of this Code or other applicable requirements, the provisions of this Section shall apply.
