§ 2-21-49. Enforcement.

(a)

For those properties with existing unattended donation boxes, property owners shall have until July 1, 2015, to come into compliance with this article.

(b)

Any violation of sections 2-21-43 and 2-21-44 may be enforced as provided in chapter 162, Florida Statutes, sections 2-9-1 through 2-9-13, Manatee County Code of Ordinances, and section 2-2-25, Manatee County Code of Ordinances.

(c)

Each day that any violation of any provision of sections 2-21-43 and 2-21-44 exists shall constitute a separate offense.
