§ 2-23-41. Created; boundaries.

The following municipal service taxing districts, with boundaries as indicated, are hereby created and established:

(1)

The Anna Maria Municipal Service Taxing District, consisting of all of that portion of the county lying within the duly incorporated limits of the City of Anna Maria, Florida;

(2)

The Bradenton Municipal Service Taxing District, consisting of all of that portion of the county lying within the duly incorporated limits of the City of Bradenton, Florida;

(3)

The Bradenton Beach Municipal Service Taxing District, consisting of all of that portion of the county lying within the duly incorporated limits of the City of Bradenton Beach, Florida;

(4)

The Holmes Beach Municipal Service Taxing District, consisting of all of that portion of the county lying within the duly incorporated limits of the City of Holmes Beach, Florida;

(5)

The Longboat Key Municipal Service Taxing District, consisting of all of that portion of the county lying within the duly incorporated limits of the Town of Longboat Key, Florida;

(5)

The Palmetto Municipal Service Taxing District, consisting of all of that portion of the county lying within the duly incorporated limits of the City of Palmetto, Florida;

In the event the limits or boundaries of any municipality listed above should be duly revised, modified, expanded, contracted or otherwise changed, then in that event the jurisdiction, power and authority of the district which comprises such municipality shall be limited to all such property within the limits or boundaries of said municipality as of June first of each year.
