§ 2-2-64. County-initiated project.

Whenever the board in its judgment and discretion on its own motion shall determine the necessity for a project and that the property will be especially benefited to the extent of any special improvement assessment liens, the board may direct that estimates be made by the county as to the feasibility of the project and the public benefit thereof, including a preliminary special improvement assessment roll showing the project as being one hundred (100) per cent financed by the property.
