§ 2-2-234. Expenditure of funds authorized.

The expenditure of county funds for all or part of the covered fees for eligible recipients as provided by this article and implemented by resolution of the board of county commissioners is hereby authorized. For fees and assessments and services furnished to real property, assistance shall be based upon a sliding scale with the highest levels of assistance granted to eligible recipients whose total family income and assets, as adjusted to reflect family size, are the lowest. Assistance levels may increase where the eligible recipient is disabled or elderly. For other fees, the assistance shall be based on amounts set forth in resolution adopted by the board of county commissioners.
