§ 2-31-125. Solid waste and stormwater management systems.

It is not the intention of the board by the enactment of this article to modify or amend or abrogate the terms and provisions of the solid waste ordinance or stormwater management ordinance. The terms and provisions of such ordinances shall remain in full force and effect but with the recognition that the solid waste system and stormwater system shall be part of the system.
