§ 2-5-24. Purpose declared valid public purpose.

The purpose of the Manatee County Airport Authority, as set forth in section 2-5-23, is hereby declared to be a valid public purpose and the expenditure of public funds by and on behalf of said authority as set forth above is declared to be a valid public expenditure for a valid public purpose.
