§ 2-5-22. Appointment; terms; administrator; attorney.

(a)

The members of the airport authority established pursuant to section 2-5-21 shall be the members of the board of county commissioners. Term of office on the airport authority shall run concurrently with office on the board of county commissioners.

(b)

The county administrator shall serve as the administrator of the airport authority and the county attorney shall serve as the attorney to the airport authority.
